Four questions, then only what fits

Nothing here is a recommendation engine. Each answer throws away the pieces that cannot physically go on your wall, and what stays is what stays.

1Where does it have to run?

The spot on the wall decides the shape more than anything else does.

2Which way up is the ground pin?

Look at the outlet itself. The round hole sits either under the two flat slots or above them.

3How far does the cord have to reach?

Measure from the outlet to where the plug has to land, then round up. Flat cord runs behind furniture, never under a rug.

4What has to happen at the far end?

Some pieces end in a socket strip, some end in a plug for the television, and the kits do both.

Some outlets take no plate at allA GFCI or AFCI outlet with test and reset buttons, an outlet with USB ports in the face, an outlet sunk in a recessed box behind a wall mounted television, an outlet inside surface mount raceway. None of those present a flat duplex face, so there is nothing for a plate to sit against.
