Check it against your wall

When a television hangs on a mount, the thick factory plug often holds the screen out from the wall. We molded this plate to plug into the top receptacle and sit flat over the whole outlet. The line then runs up the wall to the back of the set.

Matching your outlet

Look at the wall plate first. This piece fits an outlet hung the standard way, where the round ground pin sits below the two flat vertical slots. The cover plugs straight into that upper receptacle without screws.

The television connection

The far end replaces the power lead that came in the television box. It terminates in the flat figure eight shape, with two rounded lobes side by side, which matches most small media boxes and flat screens.

Extra plugs at the set

Along with the television connector, the top end carries a small block with two open receptacles. Streaming sticks, audio bars and small tuners can plug in right behind the display instead of running long cords down to the baseboard.

Sticking along the wall

We include removable adhesive strips and clips to guide the flat cord up along the drywall. The adhesive holds best on a clean, dry surface, and the clips peel away later without pulling paint off the wall.
