Cookies we set
A cookie is a small file a site asks a browser to keep so the next page load remembers something. This catalog has nothing worth remembering, so the list is short.
What this catalog sets
None. There is no session to hold, no basket to keep and no preference worth storing between visits, so no page here writes a cookie of its own.
The picker keeps your choices in memory while the page is open and forgets them when it closes. Nothing is written to disk to do that.
What the network in front of the site may set
The content network that serves these pages can set one of its own, used to tell ordinary traffic from automated traffic. It carries no name and no history of what was looked at, and it exists so the site stays reachable under load.
What happens after a buy button
The retail partner sets its own, including the one that records which site sent the visit. That one is how the arrangement behind this catalog is paid for, and it is set by them on their domain after the click.
Their terms govern everything from that point. Nothing on this site can read what they set, and nothing they set is readable here.
Switching them off
Every browser can block or clear them, usually under privacy settings, and blocking them will not break anything on these pages. The catalog, the picker and the notes all work with cookies switched off entirely.
