It is a suite, not a shop. There is no counter, nothing to try on, and nobody there to take a package from a hand. Anything that has to go back goes back through the retail partner that sold it, on the terms printed with that listing.
What to put in the first message
- A photo of the outlet taken straight on, close enough to show whether the round hole sits above the flat slots or below them.
- The name of the piece you are asking about, or a link to its page on this site.
- The distance from the outlet to where the cord needs to end, in feet rather than in furniture.
- What the wall surface is, and whether it was painted in the last month.
What a message here cannot fix
Order status, payment and delivery dates live with the retail partner, and their record is the one that counts. A message to this address cannot move a box or change what a listing charges for it.
Wiring belongs to a licensed electrician. If an outlet is warm to the touch, loose in the wall, or browned around the slots, stop using it and have somebody qualified look before anything goes over the top of it.
