Check it against your wall

A regular plate will not fit when a toggle sits right beside the outlet. We cut this one to leave the left side switch open while the cover plugs into the top receptacle. Power travels along an eight foot flat cord to a three outlet strip, leaving the wall flat so a dresser or nightstand can push all the way back.

Switch on the left

Stand in front of the wall and look. This plate is molded for a two gang box where the toggle sits to the left of the receptacle. If your switch is on the other side, the cutout will not line up.

Standard ground down orientation

This piece fits an outlet hung the usual way, with the round ground hole sitting below the two flat vertical slots. The plate plugs directly into the top receptacle with no tools, screws, or wiring needed.

Flat adhesive cord run

The eight foot cord leaves the plate and runs flat against the baseboard or drywall. We include double sided removable adhesive strips and clips in the box to hold the line firmly in place along the room.

Three outlets at the end

The far end terminates in a small block with three outlets. You cover two receptacles at the wall plate and gain an extra place to plug in lamps, chargers, or an alarm clock where you actually need them.
