5-Foot C13 TV Cord Kit for Inverted Outlets

Under the television
A thin replacement cord and cover plate for inverted wall outlets, made so a television can sit back against the drywall instead of on a plug.
Many homes have duplex outlets installed upside down, with the round ground hole over the two vertical slots. We mold this plate to match that orientation. It plugs into the top receptacle, covers the whole outlet face, and runs a flat cord straight up to the television input.
Check the outlet before choosing this one. The round hole must sit at the top. This plate aligns with that layout so the cord exits downward without binding against the wall plate or trim.
The far end has the common figure eight connector with two rounded lobes. It plugs directly into the back of the screen or media box, replacing the thick cable that came in the box.
Because the plate stays flat, the display can push back all the way on its mount. A media console or shelf underneath can also sit against the baseboard without leaving an intentional gap for plugs.
The kit includes double-sided adhesive strips and small clips. Clean the painted drywall with rubbing alcohol first, press the strips in place along your planned run, and route the flat white cord straight.

Every one of these takes the same ground pin as the piece above, so if this one is close but not quite, start here.
