Who packs the box

The retail partner does. They hold the stock, they choose the carrier, and the promise printed next to the buy button on their listing is theirs to keep.

That is why the buttons on this site open their page instead of a cart here. The catalog describes the hardware. The listing handles everything that happens after the decision.

Where the date comes from

The delivery estimate belongs to the listing and it changes with the address, the time of day and how much stock is sitting near you. No date is printed on this site, because any date printed here would be a copy going stale by the hour.

Prices shown in this catalog are copies too, taken when the page was built rather than read live, so treat the listing as the number that counts.

What arrives in the box

A concealer arrives assembled. There is a plate, a length of flat cord already attached to it, and the adhesive strips or clips that hold the cord along the baseboard. Television kits add the connector end that goes into the back of the set.

There are no tools in the box because none are needed. If a piece in the catalog lists a part you cannot find in the packaging, say so in an email before taking anything apart.

If the box does not turn up

Start at the order page on the retail partner side. Their record is the one with the tracking on it, and their process is the only one that can move a package or replace it.

A message to the address on the contact page cannot do either of those things, though it can help work out whether the piece that was ordered is the right one for the wall it was ordered for.
